Whateveah! If it’s the inner voice; the insanely hyper voice coming from the app, tv, Peleton, or the trainer with a finger in your face. They are all the same, driving you to work. Making you sweat out that extra taco, that bad boss, whatever your “that” is. We need to move. It makes your mind clearer and your spirit lighter. You did it! You got through that last set you were sure was going to be the end of you. Go get physical. You deserve it! My trainer makes sure I always train correctly. @kim.flint
